Alma
For 29 years Alma has been working as a spiritual healer she also guides meditations for those who have trouble meditating by themselves. She adjusts the meditations to what they need so I can make them specifically for the person's issues; reduce stress, anxiety, PTSD or if they just want to have a tranquil walk through their mind. Her philosophy in life and her work as a spiritual healer is to grow from the inner strength we carry after we have faced the difficulties of the world. The goals she has for her clients is to help them release what they no longer need and can transition into a better position in life.
